The Full Story
About Me
I became a mother at 36 years old, and it changed the way I see everything.
Before motherhood, I understood life in many ways — as an educator, an artist, and a creative person. But becoming a mother revealed a depth of experience I had never fully understood before.
Motherhood made me see all mothers differently including my own mother. So much of what mothers do is invisible — the quiet care, the constant presence, the small gestures of love that happen every day.
My photography is my way of honoring those moments. I photograph motherhood slowly and gently, allowing space for real connection rather than perfect poses. I follow the rhythm of the baby and the comfort of the mother, creating a calm environment where families can simply be together.
Years from now, I hope these photographs allow mothers and children to return to these early days and remember how it felt to hold one another close.
Because the early years pass quickly — but the feeling of those moments can remain forever.

Mission
My mission is to honor the quiet, invisible work of motherhood by creating calm, authentic photographs that preserve the emotional truth of early family life.
Through slow, baby-led sessions, I document the deep connection between mothers and their children so that years from now families can return to these images and remember what it felt like to be fully present in those fleeting early days.
Vision
Through my photography, I hope to honor motherhood as one of life’s most profound transformations. I want to connect with mothers and create a community where the quiet work of motherhood is seen, valued, and remembered.
In the future, I envision this work growing beyond individual sessions — into projects that celebrate mothers and their stories. I would love to create a photography book sharing the experiences of many mothers, and to exhibit this work in galleries where motherhood can be recognized as a powerful and universal human experience.
I also hope to one day open a studio space dedicated to calm, motherhood-centered photography, and to host retreats where mothers can reconnect with themselves, their children, and the quiet beauty of this season of life.
